Urban Studies Network (Stadsplatform)
Towards a better cooperation in research and education on urban studies
The UAB Urban Studies Network is an interdisciplinary network within the Universitaire Associatie Brussel bringing together educational programs and research groups.
The goal of the Urban Studies Network is threefold:
- Academization of the ‘master in urban planning’
- Synergy between different research teams (through the organization of internal workshops and international conferences)
- Educational cooperation: The educational staff of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the Erasmushogeschool is establishing a new master in urban studies that bridges the borders between the different disciplines.
